Full-time English-speaking Governess required for three children aged 1, 4 & 7, located in Kuwait, salary £1800 — £2000 per week, start ASAP
A lovely Kuwaiti family is seeking a top governess to care for and educate their three children.
The two oldest children attend an American school daily and are achieving great results, the youngest is at home and is cared for by a team of nannies in place. The family are keen to find a top governess who has a mindful approach to care and education and who can oversee the team of nannies in place.
The family’s current governess has been with them for some time and recommends the position.
As a Governess you will be required to provide homework assistance and additional classes to encourage further learning based on the curriculum they are studying, you will spend time with each child to ensure they are on par with their peers and achieving the best possible results at school. During holidays you will be required to provide topic-relevant work to extend the children’s knowledge of cities and places they are visiting.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in similar roles and these ages. It is essential the candidate has at least 4 years’ worth of experience working with middle eastern families. You should be friendly, flexible and with a keen interest in mindfulness. Being a confident driver is ideal for this role.
The family offers a relaxed home environment where they respect their staff and encourage them to be as independent as possible. They have a fully staffed household, with nannies whom you will work alongside to ensure the children have all they need.
This is an exciting role with lots of international travel throughout the year and a great package on offer.
This role is only suitable to candidates with Middle Eastern experience.
The working schedule is 6/1 working up to 12 hours per day, flexibility is required during times of travel.
This is a live-out with a private apartment provided close to the family home.
