Part-time Teacher/Tutor required for 3 children, located in Dubai, UAE £50 — £80 per hour. Live out, Start ASAP.
A returning client is seeking a highly experienced, qualified, and professional Teacher/Tutor to assist with academic support for their three children, B10, G14 & G16.
As a teacher, you will be required to assist the children with mastering the school curriculum & homework, prepare for exams, and provide additional classes to each child to encourage further learning based on the curriculum they are studying.
The children are attending an international school in Dubai. The 10-year-old boy is in the 6th Grade, he requires assistance with the school program and focus should be made on learning English, Maths & Science. The 14-year-old girl is in the 10th Grade and will need to be prepared for GCSE exams this year. For the 16-year-old girl (12th grade), it is important to focus on A-level exams preparation, specifically English & Psychology.
The teacher will be required to provide a fun, positive and creative learning environment to engage each child, and provide regular reports to the parents to show what has been covered and the progress made.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced & qualified teacher with a solid understanding of the British curriculum & experience with GSCE & A-level exams preparation. With previous experience working with this age range in private households. Good administrative and organisational skills are required, along with a friendly and creative personality.
The family is based in Dubai Hills. This is a live-out position, with no accommodation provided. Therefore, it is only suitable for candidates who are already based in Dubai.
The working schedule will be 5 days on / 2 days off. Working from Monday to Friday from 4 pm, 3-4 hours a day.
