A returning client located in Abu Dhabi is searching for an experienced Personal Assistant to head their team of staff and oversee the running of their family home.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the overall management of the family home and family’s needs; maintenance, security, and scheduling of service contractors. Duties will also include managing the current team in place which include housekeepers, groundsmen, drivers, and additional household staff.
In addition to this you will be required to plan, organise, and coordinate events and other social activities, manage diaries, receive guests and visitors, shop, run errands, and manage the house expenses and budget.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills along with great organisational and management skills. You should have the ability to multitask. 3 years + experience is required. Formal management qualifications are preferred although not essential.
The working schedule will be 6 days per week, the working hours to be discussed further before the interview.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom within the family home.
