Full-time English-speaking PA/House Manager required for a private family in Dubai, salary 20,000 — 25,000 AED per month. Live-out. Start ASAP.
A lovely family is seeking an experienced and professional PA/House Manager to join their household and provide a high-level personal and operational support to the head of the family.
As a PA/House Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the personal concierge to the principal, handling day-to-day requests, managing schedules, placing orders, coordinating restaurant bookings and deliveries, overseeing wardrobe and fashion management and all aspects of household service. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the existing team, which includes nannies, drivers, and chefs.
This is a small household of 3 with a fully staffed home and team. You will be the right hand of the mother.
The ideal candidate will be an active, energetic, discreet, polished, and highly organised individual with proven experience in similar roles within private households. Flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.

The working schedule is 5 days on / 2 days off, 8-12 hours a day.
The family is permanently based in Dubai, but travels often and will be spending the Summer on their boat in Turkey (from May to August). The PA/House Manager will be required to accompany them during travel (flights & accommodation will be provided).
The role is ideally suitable for candidates who are based in Dubai and have their own accommodation. A private room is provided in each location during travel.
Package:
Salary 20,000 — 25,000 AED per month

Requirements:
