Full-time English-speaking Governess/Nanny required for B3, B6 & B9, located in the UK and France, salary of €5000 — €7000 gross per month. Live-out/in. Start ASAP.

An American family based in Sussex and the French Pyrenees is seeking a dedicated Governess/Nanny to join their family and act as a positive role model for their three boys.
As a Governess/Nanny, you will support the boys with their learning, following their lead with interests and activities. The parents embrace a gentle and playful approach to parenting and would like the Governess to have the same child-led approach. Additionally, you will promote all areas of child development, ensuring they meet age-appropriate milestones, teaching etiquette, and encouraging good behaviour and manners.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher/practitioner with a good understanding of Montessori, who is fun, gentle, playful, and adventurous. Someone who is grounded, respectful, and attuned to reading the children’s cues, allowing them to follow their interests. The family uses a hybrid homeschooling/unschooling approach to education. This position would suit someone who loves nature and is flexible, intentional, and organised. Speaking Spanish and/or Portuguese as an additional language would be beneficial. Driver is required.
The family travels internationally, and you will be required to travel with them.
The working schedule is 40 hours per week, a 5/2 schedule, working from 8.00 am – 5 pm each day with flexibility.
This is a live-in/out position with a private apartment provided, where possible.
The salary is from €5000 — €7000 per month.
