Full-time English-speaking Nanny required in Abu Dhabi for a 1-year-old girl, salary 25,000 AED per month, live-out, separate accommodation provided, start ASAP.
A professional family is seeking a highly experienced, structured, and education-focused Nanny to provide exceptional care for their 1-year-old daughter, with a view to supporting future children long-term.

The role will involve full responsibility for the child’s daily care, including feeding, hygiene, safety, sleep routines, and emotional well-being. A key focus of the position is early childhood education, with an expectation to implement a structured, nursery-style learning environment at home. This will include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities such as sensory play, imaginative learning, language development through reading and interaction, and supporting fine and gross motor skills. The Nanny will be required to create structured daily routines, prepare weekly activity plans, and closely monitor developmental milestones.
In addition to childcare, the Nanny will be responsible for maintaining an exceptionally organised environment. This includes managing all nursery areas, toys, clothing, books, and feeding equipment to the highest standards. A proactive approach is essential, including implementing systems for organisation, toy rotation, and ensuring all items are clean, sterilised, labelled, and well-presented at all times.
The ideal candidate will be highly professional, discreet, and maintain excellent personal presentation and hygiene. Strong communication skills are required, including providing daily verbal updates and detailed weekly reports covering development, routines, feeding, and sleep. Any health or safety concerns must be communicated immediately.
The position requires full flexibility, particularly during travel, developmental stages, and sleep regressions. The family travels internationally, and the Nanny will be required to accompany them.
During times of travel, accommodation arrangements include room sharing with the child or another staff member.
The working schedule is 6 days per week, up to 12 hours per day, with flexibility required.
