Full-time Personal Assistant required in Miami, USA, $8,500 — $10,000 gross per month. Start May
A returning client, known to our agency for many years, is relocating to Miami and is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the transition and assist the family as they settle in and plan for further relocation in the future.
This is a dynamic and varied role, initially focused on managing moves. Once established, the PA will support the family with the smooth day-to-day running of their lives.
Duties will include screening calls and handling enquiries, diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, attending meetings, overseeing travel arrangements, coordinating the children’s schedules, assisting with the maintenance of the family home, managing household staff, and overseeing accounts.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, professional, and quick-thinking. You will be proactive, able to work at pace, think one step ahead, and use your initiative with confidence. A logical, solutions-focused mindset is essential, along with discretion when handling confidential matters. You should be firm yet approachable, with strong administrative and IT skills, including knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
Previous experience working as a PA within a private household is highly desirable, along with relevant qualifications and a strong professional background in similar roles.
A dual passport holder for the USA + Europe/UK would be a great asset, but not essential.
Package:
$8,500 — $10,000 gross per month (negotiable for the right candidate)
Monday to Friday, approximately 45 hours per week
Flexibility required
Occasional travel (accommodation provided when travelling)
Long-term commitment preferred
Live-out position (no accommodation provided)
Requirements:
Higher education preferred
Proven experience as a PA, ideally within a private household
Savvy, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Discreet, professional, and adaptable
