A UHNW family based in Knightsbridge is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and nurturing Russian-speaking Rota Nanny to assist in the care of their 3-month-old baby. The family is looking for a dedicated candidate with strong newborn experience who can provide attentive, round-the-clock care while maintaining a calm and structured routine for the baby.
As a Nanny, you will be responsible for meeting all of the baby’s daily needs, ensuring the highest standard of care within a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. Duties will include feeding, bathing, dressing, and supporting the baby’s sleep routine, as well as assisting with the child’s developmental milestones and overall well-being. You will be attentive to the baby’s changing needs and confident in establishing healthy routines.
You will work closely with the parents to ensure consistency in the baby’s care and development. Night-time duties will be required as the nanny will share the room with the baby while on shift, ensuring the child is monitored and comforted throughout the night when required.
The ideal candidate will be a Native Russian speaker with extensive experience caring for newborns and young infants within private households. You will be calm, patient, highly attentive, and confident in providing 24-hour care during your working rotation. The family is seeking a professional candidate who is organised, discreet, and able to work collaboratively within a fully staffed household.
The working schedule will be a 7 days on / 7 days off rota, providing 24-hour coverage during working weeks.
This is a live-in position based in Knightsbridge, London. A private bedroom will be provided, however the nanny will be required to share the baby’s room during night-time hours while on shift.
