Full-time English Speaking Rota Nanny/Governess required for G6 and G3, located in Kiev, Ukraine. Rota 2 weeks on/off. Salary £250 + per day (paid only for days worked). Live-in, start ASAP.
A recommended family is seeking a professional, fun and energetic Nanny/Governess to assist with the care and education of their 6 and 2 years old daughters. Both girls are starting to learn English and don’t have experience of working with native English speaking teachers. They are currently attending kindergarten but the family is planning for them to be homeschooled for the foreseeable future in preparation to attend an international school in Spain from September.
As a Nanny/Governess, you will be responsible for meeting the children’s daily needs and routines including supervising mealtimes, getting ready for bedtimes, ensuring they reach age-appropriate milestones. You will teach English to the child and create engaging play, activities and classes to further the children’s development as well as act as a positive role model. The main focus should be made on their preparation for an international school. Additional duties will include some light housekeeping (maintain order in girls’ room, wardrobe, toys etc) and the ability to prepare healthy organic meals for them. The household is fully staffed.
The ideal candidate will have relevant childcare & teaching qualifications (QTS/ PGCE). Will be friendly, active and energetic as well as confident in building strong relationships and rapport to support and care for the children in meeting her educational needs.
The working schedule will be 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, cover for 24 hours per day.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom provided for the candidate.
The family is currently based in Kiev, Ukraine but planning to move to Spain in September 2022.
Preference will be given to candidates who have had both vaccinations.
