A lovely family is seeking a professional, caring, discreet and experienced Nanny to provide care and support to their two children.

As a Nanny, your main focus will be on meeting the daily needs of the children and providing an array of activities, games and play to promote development and learning. You will assist with all care duties, including wake up, dressing, escorting to and from kindergarten, preparing healthy meals for the children, maintaining order in their rooms and belongings through to cleanliness and bedtimes.
Additional duties will include encouraging independence, promoting good behaviour and manners as well as making sure the children are meeting age-appropriate milestones.

The children are trilingual and speak English and German fluently and are currently learning French. You will be required to work on rotation with a French Nanny, sharing shifts and skills to ensure the very best care is provided at all times.

This will be a shared care role as the Mother is at home frequently and involved with the daily care of the children, therefore, the ability to work in a team with the mother is essential. You will provide the parents with support and guidance regarding the needs and development of both children.

The family maintain a healthy lifestyle and seek a Nanny who is a role-model, promoting a healthy lifestyle of the children and establishing their interest in sportive activities and healthy ways of living.

The girl is now attending a kindergarten, and the boy will join her next year, therefore while the children are away the family might ask you for household assistance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with young children and early years. Relevant Childcare qualifications are required and previous experience of working in private households is desirable. Flexibility is essential to coordinate different shift patterns should this be required as well as having a discreet nature. Holding a driving license would be beneficial. Speaking German  to communicate with the family would be beneficial to your application.

This is a live-in Rota position working 10 days on/10 days off (flexibility required). The family is looking for a long-term commitment.

During days off the client wishes for you to reside in Switzerland and provides an apartment close to the family home. The client will assist with taxes.

The salary on offer will depend on the package provided by the client including accommodation, taxes, insurance etc.

The family travel to USA and worldwide frequently, and the candidate is expected to join them.

The position is to commence ASAP.

Daily rate is paid only for days worked.
