A highly regarded client residing in Geneva is seeking an experienced and professional Butler to oversee the daily operations of their large property.
As a Butler, you will manage household operations to ensure exceptional service is provided to the family and their guests. A key responsibility will include professional table service, as well as organising receptions and formal dinners, with an emphasis on proper table settings and etiquette during meals.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Butler within private households or estates, with a proven record of success in similar roles. The family seeks someone with a proactive, can-do attitude who is prepared to go above and beyond to maintain their homes to the highest standards. Confidence in driving is essential for this role along with experience of managing a small team of 10 members of staff.
The salary offered for this position is 110,000–120,000 CHF gross per annum.
The working schedule is five days per week, with 40 hours per week, and includes working one weekend per month.
Flexibility is required, particularly when the family is hosting events.
This is a live-out position, and as such, it is only suitable for candidates already located in the vicinity, as accommodation is not provided.
