Full-time Bilingual (German & English or German & French) Rota Governess/Governor required for B12 & B10, Located in Switzerland / France, Salary €350 — €400 per day. Rota 2 weeks on/off (live in). Start ASAP.
A recommended client is seeking a professional, caring and energetic Governess/Governor to assist in the daily care and educational development of their two boys, aged 12 & 10.
As a Governess/Governor your main focus will be on the children's education. Providing interactive games, play and structured activities all based on their current studies at school. You will assist with school homework & projects as well as, the children's daily schedule and routine (getting ready for school, mealtime, bath time, bedtime, planning additional activities). In addition, you will promote good behavior, teach etiquette and escort them to and from school.
The boys' native language is Russian and they are fluent in French and English. They are currently learning German and the candidate must be able to teach this language.
There is a younger child in the home who has his own nanny. The household is fully staffed.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Governess/Governor who is qualified (PGCE/QTS or equivalent) and experienced with children of this age. You should be fun and able to hold the boys’ attention. The ability to speak and teach German is essential for this role with French or English as an additional language. Trilingual in all three languages would be an advantage.
The family is located in Vandoeuvres, Switzerland and will spend Summer in France, the candidate will be required to travel with them and continue to provide fun, educational activities to the children, incorporating the world around them.
The working schedule will be 2 weeks on/off. You will be required to provide 24-hour coverage during your shift. The working day will start later on school days.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom provided in the family home.
The salary on offer is €350 — €400 per day. Paid only for working days.
The flights will be paid for at the start and end of each shift.
The role is self employed role and the candidate must be able to legally work in Switzerland & France.
