A private family is seeking an experienced, professional, and dynamic PA/Yoga-Fitness Coach to provide high-level personal and lifestyle support alongside tailored fitness and wellness training to the principal.
As a PA, responsibilities will include managing day-to-day personal and household requests, diary and schedule coordination, arranging bookings and appointments, overseeing wardrobe management, and delivering a seamless concierge-style service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the principal’s daily life with a high level of organisation and discretion.
In your capacity as a Yoga-Fitness Coach, you will deliver one-to-one training sessions focused on body conditioning, posture correction, and overall physical well-being. This will include a combination of disciplines such as Pilates, yoga, functional training, and breathwork, alongside guidance on nutrition and lifestyle to support long-term results.
This is a fully staffed household where you will act as the right hand to the principal, supporting both personal and wellness needs.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, polished, and highly organised, with proven experience in private households and a strong background in personal training. A solid understanding of biomechanics, posture alignment, and body awareness is essential, alongside the ability to deliver visible, results-driven programmes.
The role offers a long-term opportunity within a well-established household, with international travel forming a key part of the position. From May to August, the family will be based on their private yacht in Turkey and Greece, where accommodation, meals, and a private cabin will be provided.
The working schedule will be 5 days on, 2 days off, working 8–10 hours per day, including 1–2 hours of one-to-one training sessions daily.

Requirements:
Experienced English-speaking PA/Yoga-Fitness Coach
Previous experience working within private households
Proven experience as a VIP personal trainer
Strong knowledge of Pilates, yoga, and breathwork techniques
Understanding of biomechanics and posture correction
Highly organised with strong leadership skills
Discreet, professional, and polished presentation
EU passport holder
